Who am I?
Welcome! My name is Aysha and I am an Integrated Health Practitioner with a background in Neuroscience and a current focus on Psychology. My journey into integrated health began from my own experiences with chronic health issues that left me feeling unsupported by traditional medical systems, despite being told that "all my labs are fine." Fighting against "invisible" illnesses can be incredibly demoralizing without the right support, and this led me to seek out and learn from incredible holistic practitioners.
Combining my passion for science, nature, and helping people, I established my integrated health practice to offer a personalised approach that merges holistic and medical education. I am dedicated to continuously learning and expanding my knowledge to help you achieve your best health outcomes.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with animals, exploring nature, and appreciating the ocean (though I prefer clear waters!). I love traveling, experiencing different cultures, and cities, and in my downtime, nothing beats curling up with a good book and a pot of tea.
I'm here to support you on your journey to health and wellness, combining evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, individualized approach. Let's work together to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
